Add a texture to the planet (& water?) #10

There is no texture on the planet nor on the water this could be nice.

CubeMap seams not to be possible on this engine, also as this is a custom node I should probably backport the planet from FattyCurd.

Ok I added texture but only on the planet (this is a BIG HACK).
