Add favicon and some SEO tags #118

Update :

delete a double SEO tags in _includes/header.html
add favicon for bookmark bar and navigator's tab (see image below) config is in _includes/custom-header.html
add some SEO tag in the _includes/custom-header.html file. Some of them were not generate by the seo plugin. (see below for facebook / twitter exemple)
