changed .htm to ,html #5

Hi I changed the html file format from index.htm to index.html. I'm not sure what part of the project you need help on. Can you highlight what you need to be done on the project?

Both .htm and .html are both valid HTML extensions. The pull request won’t make a difference.

For your response to working on the site, thank you! @ayocryp for the offer, but I would like to say no, as I am learning these technologies. Asking for help will slow my learning process. As I do projects, I plan to learn. I want to take this upon myself, although if there is another project where I need a team. I would be happy to have you. You can contact me over at the Discord app.
