build issue with ics on beaglexm #162

Hi,

I trying to build ICS for BeagleXm platform.

I followed instructions for the source and compiling from the link ::

http://code.google.com/p/rowboat/wiki/ICSonBeagleboard

I am getting this error:

make: *** No rule to make target 
`out/target/common/obj/PACKAGING/public_api.txt', needed by 
`out/target/common/obj/PACKAGING/checkapi-last-timestamp'.  Stop.

Please help me in this regard.
