ECLAIR-DSP: system hangs when using both DSP AAC + DSP Video codecs together; #53

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download Big Buck Bunny clip 
http://download.blender.org/peach/bigbuckbunny_movies/BigBuckBunny_640x360.m4v
2. Put the clip to sdcard
3. Launch android
4. Open gallery application.
5. Try to play the video.

Expected output:
In gallery you should see thumbnails for your videos. During 5th step both 
video and audio should play normally.

Real output:
In gallery there is no thumbnail for downloaded video. Trying to play the video 
leads the player to hang.
