there was a missing / in the include that caused the navigation to not show up

Description: There was a '/' missing in the include which caused the navigation to not show up in the About page.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. go to anitalam.ca/about.php

Expected Results: The navigation is present image

Actual Results: You can see that the navigation doesn't exist here image
