As a maintainer, I need to configure all-contributors bot, so that I can better recognize contributors and leaders of this project.

@mtreacy002 I don't know the why :O In the bot they even say, that contributors should feel empowered to add themselves, so I don't get where this is 🤔

@mtreacy002 bot replies to @Rahulm2310 comment too. May be it is because you are not part of maintainers team directly but a member of child team, i.e. BIT Maintainers

@devkapilbansal I don't think this bot requires someone to be a maintainer. Generally, this is open for all contributors.
