Feat: Change background of button on hover #18

on opening https://anitab-org.github.io/events/open-source-hack/ ,we can improve a little bit off css like,

Describe the solution you'd like

in the picture given below we can add that on hover over the arrow the background changes 1 after hover it should look like - 2 and in the footer on clicking on the icons like facebook ,twitter and linkedin its background also changes 3 4 and we can also add some padding in them for a nicer look and we can also add github icon with these, that will take it to the github page of anitab.org
