Add Docusaurus badge on readme #1157

The project's documentation is using Docusaurus, add its badge on top of the readme with other badges present similar to what is done on stem-diverse-tv's repo

So sorry but as per the community guidelines one must be assigned to a specific issue before creating a PR and since @Fr1x3 claimed it first, your PR will be closed. You can go through other available issues and comment to claim it and someone from the organization will soon assign it to you:) Sounds good?
