Add run UI test step to GitHub Action #168

Description

As a developer, I need run tests with GitHub Actions, so that I can make sure a build is passing the tests before getting merged.

I have yet to see some PRs you created, but I think some may be valid since this a first timers only issue it's best to let them available of other first timers @Chromicle I'll get back to your issues once I get a chance
