Bug: "About Stem-diverse-tv" present two times #56

Describe the bug

In the readme About Stem-diverse-tv" is present two times remove one.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://github.com/anitab-org/stem-diverse-tv-cms#about-stem-diverse-tv-content-management-system'
  2. See error

Expected behavior

Remove one "About Stem-diverse-tv"

@Amulya-coder Not sure if they are redundant. The first heading is for Stem-diverse-tv-CMS and the second one for Stem-diverse-tv.

@Rahulm2310 they are. We can move the definition in second heading to top making some changes.

@devkapilbansal I would like to work on this issue. Aim is: To combine the two headings into one with a few changes, right??
