Feat: create DELETE section and video connection endpoint #68

In our CMS we want to remove existing existing connection between section and video

Describe the solution you'd like

DELETE should be authenticated

Additional context

Return success or fail

Hey @annabauza , for this issue, I'd have to delete the corresponding entry in the section_video table, right? And could you please assign this issue to me?
