Add more command to view list of tables for the vms database if existing one fails

Description

When viewing the list of tables in vms database. if \dt will give the ouput of Did not find any relations. then \dt[S+] will give the desired list of tables

• [ ] [Add the \dt[S+] command in installation guide]

Thanks for taking interest in this issue. After the OSH starts, I guess @Aaishpra is the first one to comment, and as we move in a FCFS basis, I have to assign her this issue.
