Add ability to weight trajectories by field value

Adds the ability to define a weight field in the trajectory layer. When enabled, the "COUNT" field in the output will be the sum of the weight fields of the contributing trajectories, rather than simply the number of contributing trajectories.

This allows this script to be used with OD pair lines, among other use cases.
