Changing metadata.ini #6

The plugin Resource Sharind doesn't recognize the repository on QGIS 3.x I have tested the symbology on QGIS 3.4 and it works. Changing the QGIS maximum version on metadata.ini make the plugin Resource Sharing able to use these resources on QGIS 3.
