IMPORTANT Great Request, but the URL is from a fake Website. The real URLs are as follows;

bs.to
burningseries.co
burningseries.sx
burningseries.ac
burningseries.vc
burningseries.cx
burningseries.nz
burningseries.se

Also, the fake website changed links to other websites. (For example they changed "cine.to" to "cine-to.com", and have malicious ads)

The website OP linked is a fake Website that tries to sell the User a VPN Subscription. The real Owners also have made a statement about it:

Thank you for clarifying, I wasn't too sure which one seemed to be the right one so I just googled it and copy-pasted the first one that seemed like the right one.

I didn't intend to spread a fake website. Sorry for that!
