The phrase "does not open" did not occur to me while i was looking for duplicates, its usually "Doesn't respond" or "freeze" or something technical that are used in reporting issues.

Aight Reinstalling the app temporarily fixes the issue, and restarting your device reintroduces the issue, weird. Logcat for the second time the issue happened. logcat_02-19-2024_23-27-54.txt

that's what I did but I don't think restarting makes it happen again. at first I though it was because I was using Mulch Webview but that wasn't the case since mihon still works.
