[🔗MR] Add FDM as an External Downloader

I would like to see two things implemented.

• Support for downloading manga via External Downloader (like you can with anime)
• Support for setting FDM as the preferred External Downloader.

It's not currently a feature. This is a request to add support for it to a future update.

Sounds fair. Will definitely be glad to have support for FDM at the very least.
