This adds some functions to let bots queue playlists, clear their queue and leave or join the room queue (#21)

Sorry for the commit(spam), had some difficulties to add these functions (better don' ask why :wink: )

Thanks for doing the initial work on this. It didn't get marked as merged, but it's in there.
