unable to install extention advance rest client #313

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to install on google chrome with ubuntu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be installed 

On what operating system, browser and browser version?

ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.
Could not install package: 'UTILITY_PROCESS_CRASHED_WHILE_TRYING_TO_INSTALL'. 
Could not install package because a utility process crashed. Try restarting 
Chrome and trying again.
