Update exhentai #40

onerr fixed, should work for general cases.

I don't get what extra[pos] is so I used direct way.

u[1] in the old version will lead to "undefined" value or invalid url.

Some days ago my pull request conflicted with your master branch. Even though I made a slight edit but I wanted to take a look after it.

I'm not familiar with github, quite frustrating sometime so I've decided to close first. I will pull a new request.
