Add CSV into Gemspec for Ruby 3.4.0 #478

Hi folks,

When booting up my application I encountered a deprecation warning stating:

"[redacted]/kernel_require.rb:32: warning: [redacted]/ruby/3.3.0/csv.rb was loaded from the standard library, but will no longer be part of the default gems since Ruby 3.4.0... [redacted] ... Also contact author of blazer-3.0.0 to add csv into its gemspec."

It looks like there are no other issues open for including that - so I thought I'd notify. Feel free to close this if not relevant :)

Nevermind! I see it there in the latest release :S
