Transfer excel macro to functions in R

The excel macro does not work in the reproducible workflow we envision.

We need to develop functions in R to replace the data processing done in this macro.

• [x] load the baseline and exposure data
• [x] extract header information
• [x] extract data and transpose
• [x] calculate treatment ratios per well
• [ ] group data per condition

Further data processing that needs to be done:

• [ ] normalize per vehicle
• [ ] remove outliers

(Though this is not done in the current macro, and should probably relocate to another issue.)
