Åland flag #646

Is Åland the only not-sovereign territory with flag? If so, is there a reason for it? =) It seems inconsistent for me, but maybe I lack some context. 😊

I read the inclusion criteria and I don't fully understand why that flag is in the deck, but maybe I missed something. =P

I don't think it's the only non-sovereign territory with flag (cf. Faroe Islands).

Criteria for inclusion with map, capital, and flag: (population >= 15,000 AND area >= 1,000 km2) OR population >= 100,000

(In any case, I do agree that the inclusion criteria are rather complex — though they are a result of an extensive amount of discussions :))

Oops, I didn't read the Contributing document, hahaha, only part of the discussions, it seems. Now I understand the criteria.
