Templates intermix/not worked #12

Anki decks having multiple fields including audio files imported to SM become faulty and mix quesiton part with answer part.

Could you please attach the an image of "how it looks" Vs "how it is supposed to look". if you can also provide the deck as a link too, that would be nice. Edit: Closing until further feedback.
