action on building and pushing docker image #38

I prefer to tag built docker image as latest,even if there is version tag in github.@redmie,Much appreciated if you can give some advice.

Hello,@VikashKothary,I want to use Ankicommunity docker secret to build and push docker image to dockerhub,Will you do me a favor?

There is a problem it's not easy to have a persistant storage by using a volume. from #16 presented by @marzzzello ,which I dont know whether it exists or not.

If someone would be kind enough to provide a sample docker file ,I would appreciate.
