IME, this is an Android 13 thing. This made the fullscreen mode unusable to me.
Since Android 12? 11? Idk, hiding the status bar has changed, so we need to change as well.
My goal is to uncouple the status bar from the appbar, so there will be an option to hide the status bar, nav bar and both of them, and a different option to hide the app bar. To see the status bar, swipe it down like in any other app. And to unhide the appbar, do a single touch in the top of the screen

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
When "Fullscreen mode" is set to either enabled option, pulling down the menu into view during reviewing
Since that system menu cannot be disabled, as a workaround it would be neat if AD's menu was shown just about 1s longer.
Expected behaviour
In Fullscreen mode, be able to use AnkiDroid's pull-down menu during reviewing even without surgical precision.
Actual behaviour
Android's Quick Setting system menu commonly overlaps & causes AnkiDroid's menu to time out.

Dunno how this behaves in older Android releases.
Maybe it might be useful to create an option for the timeout duration.
