Add .avi video playback through [sound:...] back #16191

Please add back the ability to play .avi files through the system player from the default [sound:...] syntax.

Requested, as mentioned in https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/pull/15786

It was working handsomely in version 2.16.5 latest.
