There have been recent reports from Brazil about sync issues. If you're from Brazil, try using a proxy or a VPN. This should solve your issue. If it persists, please report it on the forums: forums.ankiweb.net
I tried using VPN and now the problem is fixed. Thanks for your help!

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
When i press to sync, it just doesn't. I already tried to change my Wifi network and even tried to sync with 5G, but it doesn't solve the problem.
The message in the picture is in portuguese, but translating it to English means: " Error The network is expired. Try again with another network".
Expected behaviour
It should've synced.

It doesn't sync.
