[BUG]: TTS ERROR_SERVICE

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

Sync the cards from the desktop app (MacOS) to the server. The TTS works fine.
Sync the Android app from the server.

Expected behaviour

What happened:

When the play button is pressed, get the error Text to speech error (ERROR_SERVICE) as shown below

What should happen:

The TTS reproduces the audio.

Hi, we've made some changes here in our latest release.

Could you test in 2.19.1 and see if this still occurs

What's the status of your on-device TTS Engine?

Does this continue to fail if you use Google TTS?
