Pause (freeze) deck #3303

I wish I could pause/freeze a single deck.  The repetitions in the frozen deck would
not add up to the active decks repetitions. While enabled again, there would be something
like a reschedule option in the SuperMemo desktop.

You can effectively achieve the same thing by exporting the deck and deleting it from
your collection, then re-importing it when you need it.

This is the advised way to do it on the desktop client as well. We probably won't add
a freeze feature unless the desktop client does as well.
