Fixed Incorrect Problem URL #3

URL of Problem number 34 in arrays section has incorrect URL.I Think its an error in Love Babbar excel sheet. I fixed it.

One more thing Did you seriously wrote this Problems JavaScript object by your own by copy pasting from excel sheet ?. Or any other way please tell me.

Nope, I wrote a python script to convert CSV to JSON! This script had just 15 lines! BTW, Thanks for the PR, I'll merge it soon! Cheers
