Finalize logstash messaging protocol and version it #20

The LogStash::Event stuff needs to be formalized and documented with protocol 
versioning so other systems can expect to speak it reliably.

We could try to align with GELF, but it seems too fixated on files and syslog. 
It is also a structure and serialization format together, not just structure.
