ElasticSearch output tests needed #29

We want tests for elasticsearch. Multiple versions of it would be good, too.

This is fixed in master.

The versions we test are:
- 0.14.4
- 0.13.1
- 0.12.0

Adding new ones is trivial.

As a bonus, this output test uses the same code that we use on logstash-web to 
do searches. So in effect, we are testing both elasticsearch output and 
querying. Win!
