[Bug] Options page renders over the top of itself due to z-index

because your options pages uses z-index, you have gotten yourself into a pickle.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Go to 'extensions > stylebot > options'
• Click on 'styles > add new style'
• Observe

Additional context

Don't use z-index. The moment you start.. you end up in z-index hell... Next thing you know, you will be on z-index: 100000 with an unmanageable layout to maintain.
