[Feature] Add support for Procedural cosmetic filters (from uBlock Origin) #665

Describe the solution you'd like

The procedural cosmetic filters that uBlock Origin use are very powerful. In some cases you can't use uBlock becuase of adblockers detect it so if Stylebot had support for it it would be very useful.
