[BUG] Mouse Cursor Trail Effect Not Functioning During Scroll Events

Description

The issue is that as I scroll down the page, the mouse cursor trail effect stops working. It appears the effect is not persisting or responding correctly during scroll events. This disrupts the intended user experience, as the cursor trail should remain visible and functional regardless of scrolling.
