Description The "Forgot Password" feature currently displays a general error message stating "incorrect email format" when the user enters an invalid email format. This can lead to confusion, as the error message does not guide users on how to enter the correct email format.

Expected Behavior

  4. If no seats or tickets are available, an informative message appears. When availability is confirmed, users can proceed to the purchase without needing to go back.
