This pull request addresses and resolves the following issues:

Double Navigation Bar Issue: Removed the duplicate navbar to streamline the layout and improve the user interface, ensuring that only one navigation bar is visible.

Alignment of AI Suggestions: Fixed the positioning of the "AI Suggestions" button to align with the rest of the layout, creating a more consistent and visually appealing appearance.

Scroll-based Progress Bar: Added a scroll-based progress bar at the top of the page, which fills as the user scrolls down. This addition provides users with a visual indicator of their scroll position within the page, enhancing navigation and user experience.
