Adding a Directory for stacks and a Directory for Queues #238

💥 Proposal

I will add two directories:

  1. Stacks
  2. Queues (Both Directories with Readme files)

I will Provide Codings in Java, C , C++ and Python also.

Have you read the Contributing Guidelines on Pull Requests ?

Yes, I have contributed earlier in this project, and also in projects like Ds and algo, quantum computing, college library website, etc.
