While I use this plugin I only get the first 1000 changes in vscode, which makes the use of this plugin unusable.
It would be really nice to have this fixed, because the Azure website gets mangled when trying to review such big pull requests.
I could help to contribute if I would be directed at which code to look at, and or, test a given patch.
Note: The reason for such a large pull request is moving third party code within the repository.
