Getting Error While trying to add comment from vs code

Creating comment failed: Error: The value 0 is outside of the allowed range. Parameter name: RightFileStart.Offset Actual value was 0.

• Extension version: Azure Devops Pull Requests v0.2.2

• VSCode Version: Version: 1.86.2 (Universal)

• OS: macOs Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open PR is Review Mode
2. click on + to add comment
3. Add comment, hit save
