PRs not showing linked workitems #91

Extension version: 0.2.2
VSCode Version: 1.89.1
OS: Windows 10

Issue desciption: On existing pull requests it does not show linked work items. These items are showing up on de web interface of azure devops. I have not tried this with creating a PR from the plugin directly.

Steps to Reproduce:

Install extension
Login
View pull request
