Is that all we need to fix the commenting issue? Opened PR since 3 months :(

Since I don't really know how to mess around with VSCode Extensions, I tried and successfully "hacked" the minified version of the extension.js file to update these values to "1". And it worked like a charm. Thank you! That will do the thing for now.
