Update add-on links in manual & FAQ #225

Are there other outdated add-on links to add-ons besides #224 ?

A search for shared/info reveals a half-dozen in each repo that should be checked and either updated to a current recommended add-on, reworded with a more general reference to add-ons, or deleted.
