Rainmeter slows to a crawl when USB RNDIS is in use

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use rainmeter normally
2. Connect phone (Internet Sharing (Windows Mobile) or Wired Tether for 
Root Users (Android))
3. Experience insane lag, 20+ seconds between screen updates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the program to still run as it should, refreshing/responding 
in a timely/appropriate manneer.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest (1.1 x64)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Additional Info:

When I unplug the phone, or disable internet sharing (at least in Android, 
not sure about Windows Mobile/ActiveSync), rainmeter goes back to being 
fully functional.

thanks!! at least i'm not confuse anymore..
this is exactly the problem i have!! 

but can this problem fixed without change the usb connection?!
