Hanging up / Freezing in windows 7 x64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use windows 7 x64
2. Run the app for some time and hover over them popup buttons sometimes
3. See the app hang up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

All the popups become black and the application stops responing for several 
seconds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.3 r554 x64 (Tested x86 to same issue)

Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a
related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea.
Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully
working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

Does same as when you install it

Its just hanging up.
