Rainstaller not extracting skins #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to install skin (ex. Rain2 skin)
2. Check skins directory, skin will not be there
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Skin does not install

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Window7 x64 Rainmeter v2.1beta r822

Skin does work in 2.0

Rain2 (by g00glen00b) works fine here. Do you get an error? Where is your skins 
directory (right-click Rainmeter tray icon -> Configs -> Open Skins' Folder)?

Could you try this with the test version of Rainmeter below:
