Screensaver disabled by rainmeter #202

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I checked that my screensaver runs without problem when I quit rainmeter
2. running rainmeter conflicts with my system screensaver

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Rainmeter 2.3 beta, on windows, the problem is tested on two 
different computers.
