Upgrade in Autocrop python package #1

Now autocrop is built on opencv and have high accuracy in detecting face from image and croping it properly in 1:1 ratio, but their is one edge case that is when picture have too much brightness and background is matching with person clothes then their are more chances makeing error while croping.
